Looking to upgrade my GPU in an older desktop but need help.

Hey everyone I will try to list all of my relevant PC specs to help you help me, but if I missed something let me know. I have an older gaming desktop (7-8 years), and I wanted to upgrade to an entirely new setup in the future, but for right now I don’t have the money with a new baby, 3 other kids, and trying to get a new home for us soon since we are too big for this apartment now. So in order to do that so I was hoping just upgrading my GPU would give me a slight performance boost so I can continue to play the games I love (when I have time haha). Some of the games I like to play regularly, and are newer are really starting to take their toll on my PC so I was hoping upgrading the GPU would help with that but I am not 100% if that is possible since my PC is somewhat out of date. Some of the games I like to play are Total War Warhammer, most Paradox games, The Banner Saga, Fallout/Skyrim type stuff. My specs that I think are relevant are below if you need anything else let me know please. Also I would like to keep the price around or below $200 at most. Thanks everyone. I know enough about PC’s to keep it running but when it comes to detailed hardware and what is compatible with what I am lost. Thanks again.
